Guccissima knockoff probability

And guess what! i even saw a faje gucci bangle watch!!!! it's about $200. The difference is in the stamping of the GG logos, the fake looks thicker and are stamped deeper

I am sure this is part true. Since I don't know what fakes look like compared to the real ones. But I have 3 Guccissima purses . (see pictures below) The 2 Guccissima's (my brown hobo and white Boston) I bought myself at the Rodeo Drive Gucci both have very deep stamping. My black Guccissima hobo I bought "pre-loved" from a fellow TPF'er and she bought it at Saks and that one has light stampings. My brown hobo with deep stamping and my black hobo with the light stamping are the exact same style but just different colors so I can't say the stamping depends on the style. If you look at my original photos you can see them side by side and you can see the difference in the stamping. So I don't think the deepness of the stamping is always how you can tell the difference between real and fake. Sorry if this makes it more confusing then before to help tell the differences. :confused1:

I have no idea what determines how heavy or light the stamping is. I have two that have deep stampings and one is cream colored and the other one is chocolate brown but my black has light stampings. I would say maybe it depends on the style but my light stamped black bag and my deep stamped brown bag are the same style they are both Princy Hobos

Wow... I was thinking of buying a guccissima horsebit so I was checking out ebay.. some of them on there are like $400.... so i figured I would check with you guys to see if fakes were made yet... so sad. I remember reading that Gucci said the imprinted leather will make it very hard for fakers to make but I guess where there is a will there is a way.. :crybaby:
