Groom Collection question -

  1. Why is the collection called "Groom" collection?

    The guy is a bell-hop. :yes:

    Is groom the name for a French bell-hop or something? :confused1:

  7. Yes:yes: ,I´m french swiss and here(in Switzerland & France)we call the bell boy a groom!

    From today in our store,we have a real bell boy who stands at the front of the door for promote the groom collection.It´s original,isn´t it?

  11. haha- as everyone said yup its in french.. but im reading the lil care booklet and it dates back to when they were doing luggage only in 1921.. the groom was the one to handle the luggage and take notes to rooms etc.. so its a tribute to history of the louis vuitton house..
