Yea, the Nordies around me told someone no to a return once. I was waiting to look at the sunglasses and this woman was in an uproar because they would return her glasses. Then a few moments later, another woman came back with scarves and they wouldn't return it. They tried to look it up in the system and could find anything either.

I thought as long as you have your little Nordstrom sticker, it is ok.

Congrats about you're new job though! I love Nordies! It's my favorite store!
