Girls, What color shoes and HandBag with this outfit?

Something simple. I'd say maybe a white patent leather clutch and white strappy sandles since this is obviously a summer dress.

I'd definitely go with a metallic open toed strappy heel.. Black would definitely be too harsh with the style of this dress in my opinion.. A matching metallic bag would be cute, just a little clutch

Possibly silver/silver, purple/purple, red/red or another color in the dress...the black might be too heavy for the lightness of the dress. Very pretty!!

I agree. Black/black is too harsh in my opinion. This is a spring/resort type dress....

if you've got fair skin i would go with black shoes and handbag but if you've got tanned or darker skin colour i would go with white shoes and bag

btw, is not a dress, it is a skirt w/ a matching top. What color top would you wear w/that skirt? White pants with that top? What do you think?

With the skirt, a white button down blouse, maybe in silk, tucked into the skirt or a basic camisole. With the top, I think it'd look nice with a suit. Either black pants with wide legs and a cropped, fitted blazer or a satin pencil skirt with a similar blazer.
