Another vote for Black. According to my SA, this is the most sought after color and the toughest to find. I'd stick with your original order.
I vote black g/h for a first birkin too, that was my preferred first birkin, but the wait-list in my country is more than half a decade long,so my walk-in first birkin turned out to be an orange one! I hope my order here eventually will show up, black IMO is really present & future-proof!
