I just called up the boutique at Marina Bay Sands. The sales for VIP members start today 24 May 2016 and it will open to the public on the next 2 days, 25 & 26 May. Sales promo at 30% and additional 10% for Citibank card holders. Discount applies storewide but take note it does not apply for classic colours (black, oxford blue, nude and red).
