Favorite piece(s) of art (by a dead artist)

These are selected frames from Alice in Wonderland

(One of my favorite scenes in that movie is Golden Afternoon, with the singing flowers.)

The next one is Hercules. I know it's not considered a classic and it is totally inaccurate to the actual myth. (But if you think about it, if it were accurate, it wouldn't be suitable for children!)

I'm just glad there's something that might have gotten kids interested in mythology.

I loved this movie!

The next one is Sleeping Beauty. I especially remember this movie, because it was the first one I saw in a movie theatre. I was about seven or eight at the time, and the movie was rereleased.

(I remember having to go to the bathroom and my dad telling me to be sure to hold onto my ticket stub, otherwise they wouldn't let me back into the movie. I was SO careful with my ticket stub!)

The next movie is The Sword in the Stone.

(I loved the owl, Archimedes! He wasn't mean, he was just a grumpy old owl. I also loved Arthur, or Wart. I just cheered for him the entire movie. And the Magnificent, Marvelous, Mad Madam Mim was just insane!)
