If she had nannies and she just went on with her life without spending time with her daughter, people would say that she doesn't care about her child and only cares for herself. Now that she's a hands on mom, people still have to say that she does that because she doesn't have to work and doesn't have anything else to do with her time...

Dress is Alexander McQueen Cloque mini dress. Not sure about the boots.
