does your SA typically charge you shipping? esp. those of you who buy alot from them?

On my last purchase, shipping was waived because SA said everyone "knows me" at the store. I thought that was really nice of her. (I usually come into the store to get it so shipping was never needed).

My SA at Neimans does not charge me if I have it shipped to the store to be picked up. However, if I were to have her send it to my house, she would have.

I've never been charged for shipping. Sometimes Ijust go to the store and buy it in person. But many times I need to think about it before I buy it....then I just call up and have it shipped out to me. But I've never been charged.....

You should just ask for them to waive the shipping fee. If you don't ask you many never get it waived. Always ask for what you want.

The Chanel boutique has always charged me $25 for 2 day shipping. NM has charged me $18 (I think) for 2nd day delivery. I've had items shipped to NM for pickup and on those instances have not been charged for shipping.
