the SA did respond after a 2nd email. the store "forgot" to ring up my presale, it is now being rung up. i have a strong suspicion that the lagoon in your pics that was presold was mine.
Wow! Yeah I went in the day before thanksgiving and did the pre-sale and kept thinking I just wasn't over the moon with the color. I called on the 3rd to cancel my pre-sale! At least you are getting the bag now, right!!
I've seen Balenciaga bags at the Nordstroms in San Diego. They have Chanel there too. And YSL/CELINE!
As far as I know, Nordstroms does not, at least not at the King Of Prussia location. Neiman Marcus does carry Balenciaga, so does Barneys. Hope that helps.
