I would probably be turned off by a lot of LV if it was. =-/ And I would proabably never get anything besides maybe limited sought after pieces from the store.

If LV started having outlet stores then it would lose it's exclusivity in a way IMO.

Definently not. I love that it's exclusive. Either you own the real bag or you dont. period. And if you own a fake bag it wont feel the same.

No, I don't think there should be - it would "cheapen" the brand, and one of the reasons why I do buy LV is that unlike many other brands, I don't risk seeing the bag I paid $1500 for discounted in some outlet for $1000 six months later..

Burning Lv's is really a last options and oinly happens after a few years and an obsolete (sp?) sale for the staff (i.e big discounts)
