I just ordered 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates and I'm excited to get my body bikini ready. I'm thin...I'm 5'3" and weigh about 105, but I'm a flabby 105 (if you know what I mean). I've got no muscle and a flabby butt. I do cardio about 4 times a week for about 45min each time, but I think I need to do more toning exercises (ESPECIALLY FOR MY BUTT). Do any of you have any toning DVDs that you love? I'm excited about the one I ordered because it breaks down body sections into 10 minutes. That way if I only want to do butt exercises its 10 minutes.
