Do you have a favorite toning/exercise DVD? Please share!

  1. I just ordered 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates and I'm excited to get my body bikini ready.

    I'm thin...I'm 5'3" and weigh about 105, but I'm a flabby 105 (if you know what I mean). I've got no muscle and a flabby butt.

    I do cardio about 4 times a week for about 45min each time, but I think I need to do more toning exercises (ESPECIALLY FOR MY BUTT).

    Do any of you have any toning DVDs that you love? I'm excited about the one I ordered because it breaks down body sections into 10 minutes. That way if I only want to do butt exercises its 10 minutes.
     
  2. I use a similar DVD Denise Austin's Hit the Spot Pilates that has 10 minute sections for different body areas. I also like Denise Austin's Shrink Your Female Fat Zones -- I know the title is ridiculous;), but its a fun workout with free weights and breaks down into two 20 minute sections and tones arms, legs and abs. These might be a little easy for you since it sounds like you are in good share already.

    The Laura Hudson one you picked sounds great -- I think I'm going to get it too. I would love to hear if you find more DVDs you really like.

  3. I love Tamilee Webb's "I want that body" dvd! It works the arms, abs and butt in six 15 minute programs. The advance abs is a killer! For me anyway. :smile:
     
  4. I love Yoga Booty Ballet-but there is a great DVD review thread here, if you do a search. Lots of helpful info there.
