Disappointed-item never received!!!!HELP...

It's not about the money it's about seller honesty!:cursing:
Anyway here's the update!
I opened a dispute through paypal for item never received!
I have 20 days to either close the dispute or escalate it to a claim!
I didn't want to file a claim right away!
The only message I got from the seller was...:
Couldn't track your order due to public holiday...I'll get back to you tomorrow!
And she sent it to me on tuesday! and today is friday and no sign!
what should I do?
Escalate the dispute to claim?
Please help...I don't wanna be rude to someone that may not be his fault!
but I can't track the order on my own!
 
You should go ahead and file a claim if the 20-day window is almost at its end. That way, you are protected if the seller did not respond.

A similar situation happened to me last year and because I was in communication with the seller, I figured I did not have to file a dispute through paypal. But the issue was never resolved (the item was never received and the seller will not give me a refund) and by the time I needed to go through paypal, it was too late (past their dispute window). So, definitely escalate your claim before the deadline if the seller haven't gotten back to you yet.
