Hi Ladies,

I am planning on making my first Balenciaga purchace through Departement Feminin.
I looked through few threads & posts and was informed that their customer service is excellent!

I'm currently in the United States and I am aware that I would have to pay import duty/customs fee. Could anyone help me with how much % you had to pay for these customs fee?

One of the customer service representatives told me that she could lower invoice cost so I could pay minimum for customs.... please let me know

They don't report the true value of their bags to customs so duty is very low if there is any. I have made many purchases over the years and usually the duty was under $100. I think I paid around $40 for the metallic edge city I bought earlier this year.
