Dear Hermes,
Please remove your "no scarf transfer" policy; your "no leather purchases over the phone" policy; your "no hold more than 3 days" policy; and all the other policies that stop us from getting access to your goods.
Please stop catering only to countries that seem to have the most money and remember that people in all countries like your wares and deserve to find them in your stores when they are shopping.
Please stop expanding until you can actually guarantee inventory: most things I want to buy from your are almost always sold out. I'm not even really talking about bags, you're nearly always sold out of belts, silks, shoes, and everything else.
Aren't you embarrassed by this?
