Customs Duty Charges, ANyone Know??

I always mark items to USA as a gift & with value under usd200 my buyers never have to pay duties

Yea I would just have them lie about the value, but if soething happens to it, I would DIE cause I would only get back $200 instead of $4,000!!

I can still get 500 GBP on parcels that I send by international signed for even though I declare a low value on customs form
