Thanks for all your replies! I'm feeling so much better about my bag now! The bag I returned at Saks was exactly the same color, in fact it is exactly the same bag Silly me, now I'm paying over a hundred more for the same bag I used to have but I really love it now!!

People do this all the time especially in the antique business. They'll sell a beloved item in order to step up and get a more 'rare' piece. Then they'll see their pre-owned item at an auction or a show only to buy it back for 2X's the price (or something stupid like that) because they decided that they really loved their antique after all.

So in my opinion you got off CHEAP!!
