I received feedback from the Foresta Stellina seller today (positive fortunately). I just messaged them through eBay about my disappointment with its condition as well as the delivery issues. I asked if they can offer me a partial refund rather than me leaving them negative feedback. Hopefully they go for it, otherwise I am free to post my experience to other buyers via feedback (negative/neutral).

Good to hear! Keep us posted, and I hope you can reach an agreement I'd be very upset if I got a bag that reeked of cigarette smoke, since I'm pretty allergic to it.
