Hi there all! Brand new here - first-time poster after lurking for a bit, but just had to reply here-- I love their bangles as well, and my trick to getting those things on is to use the cut-off foot of a nylon stocking - I slip it over my hand just past my wrist...those bangles have no problem sliding on and off for me with that! But without it, forget it!!

I just did and asked that they count factory purchases towards PCE.

They do.

I just took the survey and said the I would like a rewards program and free shipping. I sure hope that they do decide to implement this sometime in the near future.

This survey was fun, and exciting!! I like that they're continually thinking of how to make things better for their customers. Some of their ideas were perfect!!! Yay!

I just took it too , man Coach has made me feel so special this week , first I got the call for the PCE ( I was having a bad day at work the call made my day ) and now I got to take the survey !

I just thought of something else - clothes in a larger size - more XL and 1X or higher (jackets, sweaters, etc).
