Chanel sunglass authenticity?

I just bought the 5067H in black and am in love. My question is, the paper work that comes with it, One is a fold up tiny thing and the other is a tiny flip booklet on a string, with a box to put the authenticity # on it.. was the sales lady supposed to do that or am I? Where do I get that number?

I've read your post and I honestly don't remember anything in there to be filled out with a number. I do remember it coming with a elongated white paper booklet, at least I think it was a booklet. When I buy sunglasses I throw the paper things away, I never pay attention to it.

You need someone who holds onto the paper things to respond, sorry I can't really help you.
