Well it just keeps everything organized and the buddy can ask their person a question annonomously. Plus each of can make wish lists and what not. I'm a part of Elfster, but there is secretsanta.com as well.

People have been messaging me asking what constitutes being "an active member"? I think a good rule of thumb is: more than 50 posts, mostly on chanel.

Okay, so I decided to use elfster like elongreach suggested!

Everyone who submitted their information has been added, and needs to RSVP and fill out their profiles ASAP (as in, by Monday)

Sure. The best thing is if anyone isn't comfortable with putting their info (Name and Addy) onto the site, the person in charge will have the info to provide to their buddy. So only 2 people (your buddy and the person in charge) will really have your information.
