You hear about celebrities being difficult. But sometimes, it's not the celebrity that's the problem. It's their parents. And sometimes the problem isn't even their attitude. They just say and do the wrong things.
Which celebrity stage parents do you enjoy hearing about?
Off the top of my head:
Joseph Jackson - He managed his sons, The Jackson 5. He was an extremely strict parent, a ruthless parent and a ruthless manager. It seemed like he never really let his sons have a childhood. (And because Michael never had a childhood, he's reliving it now.)
Joe Simpson - A former Baptist minister, he's now Jessica's manager. I don't know how pushy he is, but he's famous for his quote in an interview to GQ Magazine: "Jessica never tries to be sexy. She just is sexy. If you put her in a T-shirt or you put her in a bustier, she's sexy in both. She's got double D's! You can't cover those suckers up!" I know he didn't mean it the way it sounded, but fathers shouldn't be talking about their daughters' boobs.
