after less than 2 months, a stone falls off my logo earring. i take it to my chanel in SF and they tell me they don't have that earring in stock and they can send it to get replaced. i say fine. i get it back, and notice that the stone they replaced is dull and very un-shiny, like the rest of the earring. i paid $200 for this and am not happy. is there anything i can do about this? the sales associates were ULTRA snobby, i hate even stepping foot into the store. can i have Neiman Marcus send me a new one? ANYTHING?
