SUPERB PHOTO ROSE! Thank YOU! I think HRH:tender:in Fab H scarf is riding a A wonderful perky Welsh Cobb Is that right?

Thanks Docride. I must confess that I am the laziest horse owner now.
My Paso, Chico must think that I have deserted him.

I love the heavy horses too;but it is extremely hard to keep a hitch of greys.
They are always at various stages of grey. We ended up with around 20;just trying to keep them matched!

Gelbergirl- Try Pasos ;they don't trot and are smooth as silk. You could drink a glass of champagne while riding.

Cheers Duchass! I do understand! How many up? We have now only 4 which match:hysteric:! Several are black as well...

We do not have a hitch any longer. We have only one grey gelding left.
We have two black Percheron mares that we use for breeding.
We have a 3 Percheron/Friesian crosses.(FHANA doesn't approve of crosses)
We have 1 Friesian stallion, 2 Friesian mares,7 Friesian geldings.
1 Paso stallion Legend, 25 years old, His son(my baby)Chico 15 years old.
I sold my mare India,but I have her daughter,Dulcinea 5yr,and her daughter
Coco Cheval.
The Paso's are my interest;my husband is all about the others.

I did drive and show a registered Paint;not a "typical" carriage horse.
I actually won a 6th place turnout class at the Canadian Carriage Classic at Tralee.

Docride, I am at my winter home until April. I will post some pictures when I get back to Canada.
My horses are pretty fat now;I am afraid of what I will find when I get back!

I may be able to get someone at home to take some and send them to me.

Trail rider here! I don't have any horses now, but ride my Dad's horses whenever we visit. When I was younger, I used to show in Western Pleasure, Equitation, Working Pairs and Trail. These days it's just about riding the trails for fun, and jumping the occasional log.
