The bag was $2475 plus tax (Canadian dollars); I am assuming that's the "old" price and that it's going to go up? I completely forgot about the Holt's private shopping night - I probably could have waited and gotten the gift certificates you get when you buy over a certain amount.... Oh well!

Thanks all! I tried to take a pic with me wearing it but the flash blew out the bag every time ... but here it is anyhow... Haven't worn it yet but maybe Monday! I have a red caviar wallet I bought ages ago slightly used and it will look really nice with it!

I'll admit ... I didn't want this model for the longest time because they seemed kind of old lady to me... but when I tried it on, it was really, really nice. Can be worn dressy or dressed down. And though I love the feel of the lambskin, I'm very hard on my bags and thought the caviar leather would be better...
I had the hots for the Cambon for the longest time but seeing it so knocked off really turned me off the design. This design has been done to death too, but it's classic, not a trend that's gone out of fashion... (OK, that's the rationalization I'm giving myself!)

good choice on a jumbo flap as your first!... i love lambskin too but caviar is much more durable... enjoy the bag!
oh good you found them! Although it's wierd they weren't IN the flap. Anyway congrats on your jumbo, I want to see it!
