Boot Chafing

  1. I have these amazing pair of Chocolate Brown Suede boots that cost me quite a bit amount of change and the first time I walked out in them, they hurt like :censor:...

and I stopped in a store to buy a pair of socks and took off my boots and noticed that the whole skin from my ankle just peeled off... very gross and painful.

Does anyone know how to prevent this from now on? I don't want to get rid of the shoes!! They're too pretty!
  2. I put cotton balls on the back on the shoe. It will stay and prevents the rub!
  3. I stick mole skin on the part of the shoe that hurts my feet..
  4. Holy crap :wtf: , I can't even begin to imagine how painful that is!! I cringe at the thought of a blister (and moan and groan when I actually have one) so your pain has got to be 1000000x worse.

I don't have any suggestions but I hope your ankle gets better!!!
  5. Have you checked out, they have all sorts of pads and strips that protect and support your feet and they are made for strappy sandals etc.
