Hi everyone! First of all, I hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! May you always have something to be thankful for I have a question. Right now, I'm looking into a body fitness book to tone up and get that lean muscle and toned abs. I've heard of the Body Sculpting Bible for Women, but I'm not sure on how effective it is. Do any of you have any recommendations? I would sooo deeply appreciate it! I do most of my weights at home (I get intimidated at the gym with all those body builders haha ush: ) so I would really love a book that wouldn't have me permanently stationed at the gym.
