Body Rolling!

  1. hey was just wondering if anyone here has tried body rolling?
    i just bought the ball and the book but i realise that its quite hard to do some of the moves cause the ball has to be in a certain position?

  3. It's suppose to help you realign your muscles by stimulating the bones and the tissues. It consist of having you sit/put yr weight on the ball and you kinda roll on it. suppose to give you that yoga/pilates kind of long, lean look.
