I'm glad you're feeling better kitskats.

When I first saw a scratch on my Kelly's hardware, it was hard. I got used to it now. After a couple uses, I always try to clean the hardware with a soft cotton cloth to clean eye glasses. It helps to remove the thumbprints and others. I think no matter how much we try to keep our bags in shape, there will always be a scratch somewhere.

Just enjoy your bag with use.

Just enjoy your bag. Even if you get it fixed right now, there might be another scratches while you are using it. It is not going to keep perfect condition as you use your bag. You have a such a beautiful bag. Just enjoy! I really love the color!
