Hi. I want to get a Chanel tote bag for daily use for my work stuff. I would mostly be carrying reading material, snack food, toothbrush and a few other toiletries and once in a while my Macbook. Any suggestions? Oh, since I live in Ireland it must be able to withstand getting caught in rain on a somewhat regular basis.

For work I would say the Cerf tote. A smart and sober bag. discretion is appreciated at work especially if you want to keep friendly relationship with ALL mates

Cotton Club or the GST. I only have those two totes, so I can't speak about any others. These are both great bags.

The GST will proably hold more. You probably can get a laptop inside of it as well.
