Best cuticle oil/cream?

Totally agree with krisaya. Burt's Bees lemon cuticle cream is the only product that has ever worked perfectly on my very dry cuticles.
It's foolproof--just dab it on, and with a clean cloth work it in and rub away the excess/dry parts. I love this stuff and have been giving it to people for years.
I'm looking for recommendations for a really good cuticle treatment. No matter how good my nails look, my cuticles always look dry and ragged. And then I end up picking at them and make them worse. 
It doesn't matter to me if it's a cream or oil, just please give thoughts as to what you think is the best. Thanks!

Something you probably have in your pantry, Olive oil. Great for cuticles, dry lips, pretty much anywhere you have dry skin.
lemony flutter cuticle butter by lush!!! i can't live w/o this product. i use it on my feet, and rub the excess on my hands - they've never looked better.
