Lilac Work pictures- before & after (lubriderm)

I just finished with using the lubriderm on my new LILAC '06 WORK! I am posting before and after pictures so that you can see the results. I got this yesterday so she hasn't been used at all... so hopefully after some use she'll get even better!

demonstrating ROO's lubriderm on my ink shrug

so i decided to go ALL the way instead of just sections. This is my technique, please let me know if there are other, better ways to do this!

    1. rub lubriderm throughout the entire bag, especially on the super veiny, crispy sections of the leather. (before picture)

    2. roll your bag as if it's a fruit roll-up.

    3. squish and knead it as if you are kneading dough.

    4. do this continuously until you stop hearing dry crackling sounds.

    5. Voila! SOFT, supple leather.

My baby is back from LMB! WANNA SEE???

Just got my 05 Caramel First back from LMB. She had the handles cleaned (not dyed!) and she was cleaned up and conditioned all over.

Black City before & after pics (completely dry). The black leather was a bit greyish, and the leatherCPR, LMB's Ultimate cream, and LMB's Shine restore brought the black richness back.

I have to take some better pictures because she almost looks French Blue to me! I know I've "de-valued" my B-bag by dyeing it, but I'd rather have a bag that I can carry with pride.

Bordeaux city back from LMB: before and after handle cleaning

I received my bordeaux city back from LMB, where they cleaned the handles. I'm very happy with the results! There is still some variation in the color of the handles (as in the rest of the bag) and I like that it looks natural. I'm even happier that they removed the stickiness from the handles, which actually bothered me more than the darkening. Here are some before and after pics.

My pale Rose Day... before AND after LMB

I treated my Pale Rose Day with a dose of cleaner followed by Pre-treatment from LMB. Just wanted to post pics of the before and after. While I can't really see a difference I can certainly feel one. The leather was soft to begin with, but now it feels smoother and smooshier.

    LMB: LOVE the results!!

I treated my Rouge Vif city today... I used "For Handles Only", "Cleanser and "Pre-Treatment". I love the results... it took away the shine, which I disliked, and made the leather MUCH more smooshy. I don't know if you can tell from my pictures, but there is a huge difference in the leather!!

MORE LMB BEFORE AND AFTER - Results on VERY veiny blue Twiggy

    Hey all

    I FOUND THE PICS!

I recently posted the results of LMB on my not-so-veiny Rouge VIF City...

As stated in that thread, the results on my Twiggy were quite dramatic compared to my City...

Here is the BEFORE and AFTER pics of my Twiggy for comparison...

I have posted my Rouge VIF pics too for reference.

You can see what I mean about not so much of a difference with the City, but with the Twiggy it was astounding!

Although the BEFORE pics of the Twiggy are in bright lights which highlight the veins more, the difference is still VERY noticeable...

I used the cleaner (for rain protection), moitsurizer and "for handles only"

    Enjoy

I've just treated my '06 Pale Rose with LMB products...

Well, I thought that my 7 month old pale rose city was looking a little bit dry, so I ordered some LMB products...I'm not too sure about the results. :shrugs: I suppose it looks more moisturised!

The problem is that now I've scrutinised my bag so closely, I'm getting obsessed with minor faults! :wtf: I used the balenciaga cleaner, followed by the moisturiser and pre-treatment, in addition to the 'for handles only' product...on the handles. So here are the pre- and post-treatment results, sorry about the dim lighting!

Lovinmybags Bbag kit put to use!

Okay ladies, here's some documentation of my LMB "Just for Balenciaga" kit overhaul tonight. I ordered this for a pre-loved pale pink hobo I managed to snag via a friend in London for a very good price... but it needed some TLC. I know this is a tricky color anyway with the fading/yellowing issues but I think it's soooo beautiful so I decided to risk it. Anyway, here's my results... hopefully they can give you an idea of what these products do.

First there's a picture of the kit with a water bottle next to it to reference size. Sort of small for $52 IMO, but I didn't go through too much product for this bag.

Next are some before pictures. I tried to show the dirtiest parts, and I opened the front pocket in one to show you the contrast with the protected inner lining leather.

Now for the after. I used the cleaner, the pre-treatment, the For Handles Only (plus a magic eraser lightly on the handles, this worked wonders!), and lastly shine restore.

Overall, I think there's definite improvement. It's hard to really capture on camera, but I think you can get the idea. The whole process took about an hour; the Shine Restore gave the most notable difference, I think. I'm really happy with the outcome! Hope this helps someone looking at purchasing these items!

'06 LILAC, SHE'S HERE, before and after pictures

I had several pictures sent and spoke with 3 SA and deternimed that the leather and color were good, but the bag was very dry and had some veins. When it arrived the leather and color were great, the veins not as bad as I expected. Keep in mind, I like some veins and these weren't that bad to me, but the dryness I don't like. I decided to try LMB Feel Soft Mositurizer this time. It took half a bottle, it really drank it in. I could tell when it didn't want anymore. I let it dry overnight. I honestly don't think it needs anymore, but I'm going to let it dry another day, the see. The Feel Soft didn't take away the shine as much as the othe LMB conditioners did. Actually after I buffed it, I don't think it's going to need the Shine restore.

    Before and after Apple conditioner

The first picture is before - the others are after  My intention was to give the bag a mere even appearence, with less veins. It has only got one coat of conditioner!!
I'm VERY pleased :yahoo:and I like that it's got a little darker tone now :graucho:
