Exchange Policy

  1. Has anyone had issues with them on getting an exchange?

    I was told point blank on the phone by CS that they don't do exchanges but their web site AND their return ticket clearly outline the policy on exchanges.

    They said that I would need to pay for returns and pay for new shipping for the other item I wanted. When I pointed out that was in direct contradiction to their web site, I got an "oops, that should have been deleted." But then I also commented that their return ticket says the same thing and the CS rep was like "Well we can't do that...."

    I am curious to know if anyone has experienced this and has been able to fight it.
