How is this done? What info do you need? I have a potential buyer who is registered in Japan, but she says she has a US shipping address (and she's willing to pay a lot). I know PayPal isn't safe if her account is registered in Japan, but I also heard bank wire transfer is safe. Should I accept her bid if she'll do one?

hmmm, if she is willing to pay you thru WT, why not.. 
I don't know if japan is different from Philippines, but these are the information needed by the buyer.. Bank Name, Bank Address, Your account name, account number, swift code...Tell her to make sure you will receive exact amount, so she must less all bank charges and correspondent charges..
