Hi Ladies! Please forgive my ignorance, but this is my first time posting in this thread. My great aunt just passed away, and while going through her things we found several beautiful silk scarves. Unfortunately, she removed the tags on most of them. But there is one that says Dior and one that says Hermes. I tried taking several pictures at her house; can someone give me any information about it? She was French and had exquisite taste, so I would assume that it is authentic. But you never know, right? Can you tell me when this may have been made, what style it is, what it retailed/current value, etc? Or can you direct me to somewhere where I can find out that information? TIA
Many thanks your last, noted. For some reason I can see one picture only, which is not sufficient for authentification.
Seller is known to sell authentic items.
This is NOT authentic
I don't think this is authentic.Item: Vintage Estate Hermes Paris Silk Scarf Les Clefs The Keys Black Gold Blu EVC 34"
Listing number: 281048102659
Seller: jenwazy

Comments: Can you help with this one? The tag is sewn on upside down but otherwise seem OK. This design gets many fakes though....
Thank you sdsurfchick.I don't think this is authentic.
DDC and I have not had a different opinion since authenticating together. If either of us give a thumbs up, others can presume we have both seen the listing in question. That being said, I also think both of your scarves are authentic, notwithstanding the color saturation on the Sangles, which is puzzling to us as well.Thank you sdsurfchick.
Do you have an opinion on the scarves I already bought? They are in posts # 64, 98 and 99 of this thread, with pictures... I haven't heard on them yet.
Thank you for all the help you are providing.
This is not authentic. Among other things, "orange" is not an H-color and this design was not issued in 140cm twill.Item: Hermes Silk Scarf/Wrap/Shawl La Danse Du Cheval Marwari

Seller: juicyjuicy.2012

Comments: Please advise to this. There has been quite a bit of discussion regarding the Marwari shawl and I am not sure what to think of this.

Comments: Am not familiar with this. I have googled it and found nothing to tell me whether it's legit or not. In the pic with the artist's name, it almost looks like it was drawn on. TIA!
This is authentic.Hi there I was wondering if someone could take a look at this handkerchief I found it in a secondhand shop. I hope these photos are good enough as I have lost my camera.

Thank you. DDC authenticated 2 of the eBay scarves I am watching, not the ones in my possession. I figured with all the new posts mine got lost on 3 page from the end or so and that's why she didn't get to them... That's why I asked again and so thank you for reassuring me. So far I can only spot the most obvious fakes...DDC and I have not had a different opinion since authenticating together.
