That is because of the metal spike, it is continuing beneath the leather for a bit. I am not sure how to explain. It can look a little puffy from certain angels.

Just to intervene with this topic: the CDC Sterre refers to is mine and 100% real (unless Hermes is sending fake products via their website nowadays..??). Can you please explain what you mean with " the metal spike, it is continuing beneath the leather for a bit:, which picture exactly? This would help me to provide Sterre with a better picture to take away any doubt.

Gold plated and beige Enamel.
The diameter measures 6cm(2.25'') and the width 1cm(0.5'').
Comes in Hermes box with Hermes ribbon.
The bracelet has been used and there are some surface scratches on the rim but apart from that it is still in good condition.

Your link doesn´t work. Personally I do not like to comment on auctions that are not currently running. A bid is a binding contract and needs to be respected.

I will make an exception this time. The CDC looks consistent with Hermès quality IMO.
