Authenticate This Cole Haan

Hi everyone, hoping you can please help me out.
I purchased this beautiful Cole Haan Zoe Bag from NYC in 2012, just went to resell it given I don't give it the love it deserves and am now being told the bag in "unauthentic" from the buyer. I have over 200 transactions via ebay with a 100% positive feedback,a closet full of designer bags and would NEVER lie about a handbag let alone purchase a "fake bag". I have been in contact with eBay who seemed to understand my frustration as the buyer claims "it doesnt feel like Cole Haan leather and is cheap" although every stock photo from bloomies, zappos and so on are exact to my bag.... I'm looking through old credit card receipts/ emails to see if i can find more proof to prove my saying but hoping you all can speak to the authentication of this bag:

Cole Haan green leather satchel/arm purse with polished silver hardware. I bought this a few months back at Value Village. It's nice leather and has heavy-duty hardware, but I've recently noticed that the inside label is UPSIDE DOWN! So, now I'm wondering if this is a replica? Surely QC would spot something like an upside down?! Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated, in the event I want to resell it.

I bought this purse for a good amount of money. I am now rethinking it was a mistake. I am not sure if it is an authentic COLE HAAN purse or not. It did not come with any type of ID/authentication cards/certificates or even tags. Can someone please advise. Thanks!

Can anyone help me identifying my purse? I contacted the company, sent them pictures, and they couldn’t help. There are no tags inside of the purse except the “made in China”. It’s a very nice looking purse and well made. It has a padded fabric. Any help will be appreciated.
