^^ agreed it's just different, the distressing is nice if you like that sort of thing. It could be a case of an old saggy goat that donated himself to Balenciaga.
Sort of like Star Jones? The goat was fat, lost weight, crinkly skin?

really? i have an indigo hobo bought may 05 originally and the leather is soooo nice. Do you notice a difference between the 04 and the pre fall 05 bags?

Oh sorry..I was speaking in terms of 04 vs the chocolate which was fall 05. I think the turning point was after the s/s 05 bags. I don't think I've ever seen an indigo without really great leather.
