over christmas, (and this is my experience working for the Company), you just get so sick of talking to people and listening to people you just want it to be over. granted it shouldnt have been said, but they are probably getting phone call after phone call, as well as alot of people instore "timewasting" and are just over christmas trade.
if i hear "whats the difference between EDP and EDT" again, im going to throttle them.

I'm so sorry that this happened to you! ITA with everyone here that their nerves are probably fried, but still that is no excuse because even in the sale Chanel is $$$. Still I have noticed during the sale period the staf do tend to keep some of the Chanel bags in cupboards and not always on display, the attitude of some Chanel staff really bugs me, they act like they are doing us a favour by selling their bags!
