Both. My regular SA wasn't working Saturday but I spoke with the manager and just casually mentioned, "I've seen a whole bunch of these discount cards popping up on eBay...what's that about?" She explained the sale and offered up the discount. She knew if she didn't offer, I was going to ask anyways! But she made me drive over an hour to the store to get the discount. When I called back on Monday, I talked to my regular SA who let me do a phone order and gave me the discount.

I needed to know this I was so mad when people who spent no money in the botique got one and I was like I know I spent more than her ever!! Oh well...
