I was wondering if anyone here tried the Body by Glamour meal and workout plan. I had read about it in Glamour(the magazine) and I finally decided to give it a try. It gives you workouts to do for each week and different ideas for what to eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It also allows you to keep track of what youve been eating and how youve been working out. Has anyone joined? If you have, how is it? What are the results?
