Oh, please post pics!!! I absolutely adore the style from everything I have seen so far! Looks like a very sophisticated yet edgy bag! Wish I had one to help you out! 
I know it comes in gray, but it appears to be a darker gray. I'm also not sure what color I'd want in the leather... the ivory looks lovely, but without knowing what the leather is like, I'm not sure if I want a light color like that. It appears that the leather on the emile isn't like the leather on the rocco or diego... it looks more rigid to me. But I'd really like to see it in person, since to me, the leather makes or breaks a bag!

I haven't been this over the moon about a bag in a while.... it's such a cool shape, and the craftsmanship is superb, especially given the price.

Well, I broke down and ordered the small burlap version from Shopbop today! Between a gift card I had and the current promotion I couldn't pass it up! Hoping it's not too small though, but I'm afraid the the larger one would be too big for everyday for me. I think the burlap is unique and definitely different from most bags you see. If I love it, I might just have to hunt down the grey leather version down the road. I'll post when it arrives!

Well, my Small Burlap Emile arrived and I have to say I am underwhelmed by it. 
Initially pulling it out of the box, the handles looked so tiny in proportion to the rest of the bag to me. While it's big enough to hold my everyday essentials, I think I'd prefer the larger size, and the all leather version. I did take a few pics though with my cell real quick for reference and for any one else wondering about this bag. HTH!

not a big fan, but it looks great on you in this pic!!! looks cute and casual, but to me the metal things on the corners seem out of place... maybe they look better with the all leather? whatever, it still looks cute on you!
Thanks nicole! It doesn't look bad on imo, I just think it's smaller than I'd like and I agree about the metal on this version. I think there's too much going on, kwim? For the price, I'd rather just suck it up and get the all leather! I'm also torn about the handles, they just look so disproportionate to the bag compared to what I am used to. Even the larger version, looking at pics online.
