Alma or Trouville?

I echo almost everyone here, I like the trouville better, but worry about it being big enough if you want it for books,

I can't remember, but are highschool books that light?
My accounting book alone would snap the handles of any of those bags right off

A handheld bag for school is a big no no...very uncomfortable.

I use the Abbesses for school (University).

Trouville. The Alma's shape will not accomodate books like the trouville due to its shape. I used to own an MC and Mono Alma and sold both.

Neither really fits books exactly. If you want a tote, you might have to go with the BH.
Otherwise, if it's really between those two, I LOVE the Alma. It's gorgeous and classic. Plus, you can always put a cute little keychain or charm of some type on it and it'll look adorable!

i've never liked the alma.

you should get the MC trouville... it's beautiful!
