Mine does the same thing, I was wondering if I was the only one. I love the bag but that does drive me nuts sometimes because when I first go it they were fine.i also got a GM very roomy for me that what i like about it, my side pullstring sumtimes it really piss me off... when i pull it up then after a few minutes the leather thing come down againush: sumtime i just give up .....
