I think the ideal collection actually varies from person to person, but ITA with everyone's lists!

ideal collection (not necessarily in this order!):

03 - Decollete Black Patent
04 - Declic EB
05 - Alta Ariella Boot Black Kid
06 - Lady Gres Fuschia
07 - Trilco Black Patent
08 - Simple 100s Any color
09 - Mad Mary Black
10 - Yoyo 100 Any color preferably a greasepaint
11 - New Simple Royal Blue
12 - Ballerinette Any color kid, for whenever heels aren't practical!

I'm struggling with this question myself right now, because yes I keep telling myself no more black pumps, but somehow I feel like my collection is missing something, but not sure what...!:shrugs:

This is a great foundation. :tup: I'd add something like the glitters or bling bling or paillettes (insert style of choice here) for the bling factor and any of the styles in satin with or without lace overlay for the sophisticated look.

this is a toughie, and i am just starting out myself, so i'm trying to sort this out in my head, so that i can really get those BASICS/CLASSICS first before the other ones.

Live: NYC (but hopefully move to CA soon!!!!)

Job: MD

1. Helmuts in black leather (patent or kid) - got!
2. VP nude patent (red, burgundy or gold tip) - waitlisted
3. VP black leather (red or burgundy tip)
4. Simples in exotic skin or bright color - got!
(due to the "simple" style, i think it needs that little bit of extra to make it pop)
5. VP in exotic skin (python or lizard) - waitlisted
6. VP in some animal print (like leopard print pony hair) - got!
7. Rolando in bright suede or patent leather
8. Ron Ron glittart
9. Decolette Red Karey
10. Declic in bright suede color
11. Mad Mary (for that little bit of edge) - got!
12. wedges for those more "casual moments" - got!
(13. boots if you live somewhere with 4 seasons)

so that's my "start" list... but i want almost every single one in every color, every type of leather & skin!!!! :drool::drool::drool:

My turn! No matter wear I work or my environment I think my ideal collection would be a pair of all of them that's ever been made. Trust me, I would find somewhere to wear them!

If I had to choose I would definitely go with:

(1) pigalle 70 (sexy) - dark patent, bright exotica (to feel fab, glamourous, and sexy)
(2) declic (comfort and height) - fun colours in suede
(3) rolando - intense colours in patent/exotica (when you feel sexy and naughty)
(4) simple - bright fun colours in patent, exotica (to feel fab and comfortable and more relaxed)

peep toe, closed heel:
(1) VP - bling bling (for flashy occasions), fun colour suede (relaxed and sexy), exotica (to feel fab, semi formal)
(2) minibout - nude

Okay the entire drive home from the CL in Beverly Hills I thought about this. Here is my list:

1 Helmut Leopard & Roccia Lizard
2 Declic Suede (Fun color - blue, lilac, pink - your choice)
3 Very Prive Nude with Burgundy Tip
4 Zeppalace - any color but prefer black patent with linen wedge (Rachel Bilson)
5 No Prive Glitter (any variation)
6 Oh My Slings (fun color)
7 Pigalle 100 Cream with Black lace overlay
8 Simple (all of them) or New Simple (all of them too)
9 A boot - my hell if my calves will ever fit in a pair :sad:
10 Yo Yo Platforms (fun color) in Suede or Leopard
11 Iowa Mary Janes in Caramel Crocodile (a girl can dream)
12 Sing Sing - black and white only

Wow that was hard.....there are soooo many in spaces 13- 99........I'm showing restraint!

I know some of you have way more but it sounds like a good number to me, so as we are all diffrent , have diffrent lifestyles please add smth about it, I think it can be very helpful.

- nude pat. VP's any tip (on waitlist)
- black 100 simples kid (not yet)

- nude pat. yoyo's curved heel, to be able to walk a lot (got them)
- nude pat. yoyo's straight heel , just because of the beauty (soon here :yahoo:)
- smth exotic, snake etc.. (have the Ayers snake NP's on the way :yahoo:)
- maybe black yoyo's ? (not shure)
- smth special gray VP's with silver??? ( at point of finalising a special order)
- smth red ??? (not shure)
- a bootie/boots (have the ariella talon)
- ???


I have a couple more but not shure if they are really keepers.

- a pair of booties
- a pair of boots
- flats/sandals
- a wedge
- an exotic skin
- a pop of colour
- something with studs
- a statement/collectible piece
