A horrible experience at LV

They should have told you earlier if they couldn't do it and not assume that you would know to ask them to bring to other stores. What customer service is this. Sounds like they can't be bother.
 
It is really incredible, that the customers need to wait so long for the heat stamping! I mean 2,5 month??? That's crazy! You buy a superexpensive item which you really love and want to use it with pride and them LV just take it again and let it decay in some drawer...?

I think this kind of service is just inacceptable for such a big and prestigeous company... But I guess nobody can do something about it...:cursing:
