A great breakfast smoothie.

  1. A great breakfast smoothie...

Not only is this delicious..but its also healtier than most common breakfasts...and easy to make!

At least 5 or 6 large strawberries
    One whole banana
    No pulp orange juice
1 tablespoon of sugar (you can do without)
    A handful of ice cubes
    A blender (of course)

Throw in strawberries, banana, and about 1/2 or so cup of orange juice and then sugar...blend half way through..then add ice cubes and grind until smooth. Makes 2 servings.

    Enjoy your strawberry/banana smoothie!
  2. Oops please make that a cup of orange juice and then some ;)
  3. I LOVE LOVE smoothies!
  4. that's what i do to make my smoothies, so yummy!!
  5. I loooove smoothies! I throw in a splash of juice, some yogurt (lowfat vanilla), and I use frozen berries and then I don't use ice. Sometimes I'll throw in a few fresh berries, too, and half a banana if we have them. I've been craving a smoothie for a few days now, but we're not going grocery shopping until Sunday so it will have to wait.
  6. sounds good im going to try this
  7. quick and easy! I will try this soon, thank you for posting!

  9. I'm going to try this too! I love smoothies!
  10. Awesome! This is almost exactly what my mum used to make for us in hot summer days. Only she used Sunny Delight instead of real juice, but it was still delicious!
