Definitely rebecca3030 - great necklace creations from antique and vintage treasures. I bought a necklace and get so many comments every time I wear it. Each piece is unique, the hard thing is to choose which one to buy!!

carouseleyes - re that headband, you could always contact the seller to ask her how heavy it is :)

plain jane doe - what does TTS mean?

Do any of you put together treasuries on Etsy? I love doing it - can't afford to buy the goodies but I do love the chance to feature as many of my favourite sellers as I can :)

Here are two current treasuries of mine that will expire in two days:

Sorry, true to size as far as their measurements and fit suggestions go?

plain jane doe, thanks for explaining. I have contacted iheartfink with your question as I haven't bought anything from their shop so can't answer from personal experience.

Love browsing on Etsy, and putting together treasuries but don't have a deep enough wallet to buy all the things I'd love to buy, unfortunately.

plain jane doe, iheartfink replied to me. Here's their reply (there are two of them :)):

""hi. we give flat measurements and use 100% cotton jersey, so they have give the way jersey knit does. we give measurements for each item.

we list original designs...this means they are the first and only of their kind - we do not use patterns. our custom orders are based on the original design but not identical. we take full measurements and communicate with our buyers to understand how they like their garments to fit. we do a lot of custom orders.

thank you so much for asking and I hope that helps!
k and k "

Carousel eyes, here's mythunderstood's reply:
"No, I haven't received a question on this particular one,
but it's very lightweight. I ought to do more pix wearing them."

So your question was a good one, mythunderstood (Lisa) says she'd do more shots of her headbands being worn :)

Hope this helps.

OMG! Great thread! Umami Road is my absolute fav for funky, rock-n-roll-chic, leather accessories. All hand made, and each one is different. Super affordable, too. I need all of them...

Love etsy even though it can be pretty overwhelming sometimes. Like someone else mentioned, sarahseven makes great clothes. I also like some of Aftonriver's items.
