Turtleneck or mockneck sweaters. They just don't seem to flatter me so I aways go for v-necks.

maxi dresses
shift dresses (anything that fits at the bottom drown my shoulders) shorts that aren't bermuda-length shirts with straps and bras with straps (I am pretty much the queen of strapless)...not to say I don't ever wear shirts/bras with straps, but no matter WHAT I do, every single top with skinny straps MUST be altered or it falls off of my shoulders. I have also tried everything aside from those contraptions that hold one's bra straps together...I'd rather just wear strapless bra. skirts that are more than an 1-2 inches above or below the knee (I have pretty thick legs, so skirts need to be a very specific length to be flattering.) boots that zip that aren't booties (thick calves and ankles, but I can wear slouchy boots or shearling boots) light wash jeans skinny jeans (inner thighs are quite untoned) ---seems like a long list, but really the only things that bother me are not being able to wear shorts and most boots |

Crew neck tees. They just don't look right on me.
