Default What do you think of this Isabel Marant Jacket?
Hi Girls:

I need your opinion on this jacket by Isabel Marant. It looks very cool on the model, but I'm not sure how it looks like in real. Is it worth splurging $680 on this jacket? Is it an investment piece? Please help me make the decision.

I think it looks awesome on the runway, but it looks a little matronly on the mannequin when it's buttoned up.
I guess it all depends on what you would wear with it.

^^ I agree with the others! And I am a HUGE Marant addict!! In fact, I saw this jacket in the look book and told my SA to order me one - - I totally fell in love!!! Yikes! The photos of it IRL are making me think twice!! Honestly, I would want to be able to see it and try it on before making a commitment.....

I think it looks a little old. I guess it depends what you pair it with.

I have to say it des not look old at all when you put it on. The sleeves are very skinny which makes it very modern. Fantastic fit and a great colour - goes with everything. In London Joseph store they all were gone within few days!

i think it definitely looks matronly. there's really nothing interesting about it IMO.
